Andrzej Modzelewski, PhD
President of the Management Board of innogy Polska S.A.
Andrzej Modzelewski took the position of the President of the Management Board of innogy Polska S.A. at the beginning of April 2021. Previosuly, he served as a Member of the Management Board of innogy Polska S.A responsible for overseeing the infrastructure operations of the innogy Group in Poland and for the development of non-commodity products (E+) and (G+), which focus primarily on the optimization and automation of processes on the Client's side and help improve their efficiency.
Andrzej Modzelewski is a manager with many years of experience in the energy industry. He served on the Management Board of EDF Polska, and then PGE Energia Ciepła, where he was in charge of investments in the CHP sector and responsible for the sale of non-commodity services.
In the years 2003-2014, he held managerial positions in national and international structures of RWE, where he was responsible for such areas as: company strategy and development, implementation of new products, as well as for coordination of areas related to grid infrastructure, and gas and energy sales in Central and Eastern Europe. Previously, he worked in the consulting sector.
He graduated from the University in Essen and from Macquarie University in Sydney, and in 2019 he earned his PhD at the AGH University of Science and Technology.
Member of the Management Board of innogy Polska S.A. responsible for Trade
Since 1 October 2006, he has been a member of the Management Board of innogy Polska S.A. responsible for Trade.
He gained his first professional experience in the English-Dutch company Unilever from 1993 to 2001. He started his career as a sales representative, followed by three years of work as a Key Account Manager. During the period of 1996-2001 he served as Sales Director. From 2001 to 2006, he worked in Telekomunikacja Polska, at the time of the company’s fundamental transformation and preparations for the competition in the telecommunications market in Poland which was undergoing liberalization.
Janusz Moroz worked in TP SA as Private Customer Sales Director, then from 2005 to 2006 as Executive Director and Network Investments Director. He was, inter alia, responsible for the information society development programme and the creation of a network of professional dealerships for the TP/Orange group.
Janusz Moroz graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.

At the beginning of her professional career she worked on the financial market, starting with the position of a futures market specialist (Warsaw Commodities Exchange), then she worked as a stockbroker (Wood and Company, Credit Suisse First Boston), and later as Strategic Projects Manager (DM BZWBK).
Since 2004, she has been working in the innogy Group, taking a number of managerial positions in the following areas: Finance, Energy Procurement, Controlling, and Risk Management. Starting from 2013, she continued her professional career at innogy companies in Germany. At RWE Generation she was Head of the Asset Controlling Division and was responsible for controlling nuclear and coal-fired power plants, as well as coal mines in 3 countries: Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. In 2014, she took over the responsibility for the Controlling division in the retail company RWE Vertrieb with its registered office in Dortmund.
Joanna Kępczyńska graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics from the faculty of Finance and Banking. She finished MBA studies at the Warsaw University of Technology in cooperation with HEC Paris Graduate Business School, as well as London Business School and the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
Member of the Management Board of innogy Polska S.A. responsible for Energy Services
Starting from the beginning of April 2021, he has been a member of the Management Board of innogy Polska S.A. responsible for Energy Services. Since 2005, he has been responsible in the E.ON Group for the heating sector in Poland, first as a commercial proxy, and now as the President of the Management Board of E.ON edis energia. In 2011 he became the President of the Management Board of Szczecińskia Energetyka Cieplna, a company belonging to the E.ON Group. Moreover, he is also a member of Supervisory Boards of the E.ON Group companies in Poland. Since 2014 he has been on the Council of the Polish Chamber of Commerce – Polish Heating Sector.
Mariusz Majkut graduated from the Poznań University of Economics and Business, where he studied International Economic and Political Relations at the Faculty of Management, and from the University of Hamburg, where he studied Business Economics. He gained experience in the energy industry during his work for Hamburger Gaswerke and Ruhrgas AG.
Since 2019, he has been Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Szczecin.
