Filip Thon is Senior Vice President Retail Executive Committee at the innogy Group, responsible for mass market of the innogy Group. Since 2008 he holds the position of Chairman of the Board of innogy Polska S.A..
He is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of innogy Česká Republika in the Czech Republic; also oversees innogy business development in Turkey.
Filip Thon has worked at innogy (former RWE) since 2004. Prior to assuming the position of Chairman of the Board of innogy Polska S.A., he was Vice President of Management Board of innogy Transgas in the Czech Republic - one of the leading companies of the innogy Group, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of innogy's natural gas resources in the Czech Republic, bringing more than 3 billion eurosin sales revenue of over 90 TWh of natural gas.
Filip Thon graduated from the University of Chemical Technology in Prague with a degree in Engineering. He earned a PhD in the field of energy at the Technical University in Ostrava in the Czech Republic.
Member of the Management Board of innogy Polska S.A. for Trade
Since October 1st, 2006 he has been a member of the Management Board of innogy Polska S.A. responsible for Trade operations.
He gained his first professional experience in the English-Dutch company Unilever from 1993 to 2001. He launched his career as a sales representative, followed by three years of work as a Key Account Manager. During the period of 1996-2001 he acted as a Sales Director. From 2001 to 2006 he worked in the Polish Telecom during the fundamental transformation of the company and the preparations for the competition in the changing telecommunications market in Poland.
Janusz Moroz worked in the TP SA as an Individual Sales Director, then from 2005 to 2006 as the Executive Director and the Network Investments Director. He was, among others, responsible for developing the information society development program and the creation of a network of professional dealerships for the TP / Orange group.
Janusz Moroz graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.

At the beginning of her professional career she worked on the financial market, starting with the position of a futures market specialist (Warsaw Commodities Exchange), then she worked as a stockbroker (Wood and Company, Credit Suisse First Boston) and finally as Strategic Projects Manager (DM BZWBK).
Since 2004 she has been working in the innogy Group, taking a number of managerial positions at innogy companies in Poland (Finance, Energy Procurement, Controlling and Risk Management). Starting from 2013, she continued her professional career at innogy companies in Germany. At RWE Generation she was Head of the Asset Controlling Unit and was responsible for controlling of nuclear and coal-fired power plants as well as coal mines in 3 countries i. e. in Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. In 2014, she took over the responsibility for the controlling unit in the retail company – RWE Vertrieb with its registered office in Dortmund.
Joanna Kępczyńska graduated from SGH (Warsaw School of Economics), Politechnika Warszawska (Warsaw University of Technology), London School of Economics and Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen.
Member of the Management Board of innogy Polska S.A. responsible for Infrastructure
Member of the Management Board of innogy Polska S.A. since October 1 2018. Responsible for overseeing the infrastructure operations of the innogy Group in Poland and for the development of energy-related products (E +) and (G +). They primarily focus on optimization and automation of processes on the client's side and they lead to improvement their efficiency.
Andrzej Modzelewski is a manager with many years of experience in the energy industry. He was on the Management Board of EDF Polska, and then PGE Energia Ciepła, where he was responsible for investments in the cogeneration sector and for the sale of non-commodity services.
in the years 2003-2014, he held managerial positions in national and international structures of RWE, where he was responsible for such areas as: company strategy and development, implementation of new products, and coordination of areas related to grid infrastructure and gas and energy sales in Central and Eastern Europe. Previously, he worked in consulting.
He graduated from the University in Essen and from Macquarie University in Sydney.
